We have a number of camera styles and installation options available to our clients.
The cameras are typically installed in one day by two technicians. The timing may vary due to the location of communication rooms, ceiling types, concrete walls and availability of access to mail room compartments in front lobby installations. The camera output is directed to an unused cable channel and can be set up to be viewed by anyone in the building through their television. The building management is notified two days in advance to minimize disruptions to their schedule.
Service
Depending on the location, we can have equipment that has been vandalized replaced in the same day the service call is received. All manufacturer's warranties for defective materials and workmanship (usually 3 years parts and labour) are honoured. We maintain itemized lists of installed equipment to ensure prompt temporary replacement while the original equipment is being serviced.
